Who is responsible

This site belongs to Peter Harris, trading as Bushranger Films, a business name registered in Ireland (registered business name number 729025). Peter Harris is the data controller. You can contact him at bushrangerfilms@gmail.com.

What this site collects

This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics or tracking and has no forms. Bushranger Films doesn’t collect any personal information about you when you visit.

The site is hosted by Vercel. Like any web host, its servers handle basic technical details such as your IP address so they can send the pages to your browser. Bushranger Films doesn’t use that information to identify or follow anyone.

If you email

If you email bushrangerfilms@gmail.com, your email address and whatever you write are used only to reply to you and deal with your enquiry. They aren’t used for marketing, and they aren’t sold or passed on for anyone else’s use. The mailbox itself is a Gmail account, so Google stores the messages.

Bushranger Films relies on its legitimate interest in answering a message you chose to send, or on taking steps you’ve asked for before any work is agreed. Emails are kept only as long as they’re needed for the enquiry and any work that follows, and for any period the law requires business records to be kept.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of any personal data Bushranger Films holds about you, and ask for it to be corrected or deleted. Email bushrangerfilms@gmail.com to do that.

If you’re not happy with how your data has been handled, you have the right to complain to the Data Protection Commission in Ireland at dataprotection.ie.
